Hookah Fans for Food

Hookah Fans for Food (HFfF) will again be holding their annual Hookahville Food Drive at Frontier Ranch on May 28th and 29th. Proceeds from the Food Drive will be donated to the food bank in the Kirkersville area run by the Pataskala Church of the Nazarene.

New events have been scheduled this year for the HFfF Tent to raise money and awareness for the Food Drive. Festivities will include a contest and a continuous open stage to showcase the depth of talented artists that attend Hookahville each year. All Hookahville attendees are invited and encouraged to participate by playing music, story telling, conducting workshops, drum circles etc. Additionally, a special "Not for Kids Only" set will be performed on Sunday afternoon by former member of Ekoostik Hookah, singer/songwriter John Mullins, to include the younger Hookah Family members. There will also be games going on all weekend - hula hooping contests, Twister, hacky sacking.

SCAVENGER HUNT!

Come to the Hookah Fans for Food tent on Sunday at 1PM for a scavenger hunt! Teams will have until 3PM to find as many items on their list as possible. The winning team will receive a Hookahville poster signed by the band. To enter the contest, have a team of 3 people - bring your 3 or get matched up with others. Each team MEMBER needs to bring at least one can of food or a cash donation of at least $1. The first team back to the tent with all items on their list wins, all teams return at 3PM. If no team has all items, the team with the most items wins. Good luck!!

The Hookah Fans for Food Tent will be located in the vending area at Hookahville and will be operating on both Saturday and Sunday from 9am – 7pm and during Ekoostik Hookah set breaks. Cash donations and non-perishable food items (canned goods) are gladly accepted. Larger donations may recieve a hookah cd (and we love to have those donated too...) or other prizes so please stop by and give what you can!

Hookah Fans for Food, an Ekoostik Hookah fan based charity, was established in 2001 to represent the goodwill of Ekoostik Hookah Fans by reaching out and helping communities in which Ekoostik Hookah performs.
